The Au Go Go originated as a step-up version of the Tracks Twinny and was, in fact, known as the “Step-Up Tracks Twin” for some time before getting a renaming before The Stab Magazine Electric Acid Surfboard Test with Coco and Mason Ho.
The Au Go Go is a very fitting board for all surfers who are looking for something for their everyday quiver. The board handles and performs like a shortboard of its length and generates its own glide speed and hold, thanks to its low entry and exit rocker, medium-low rails, and four deep channels. The Au Go Go will feel at home under the feet of surfers who are used to high-performance shortboards, with its narrower outline and drawn-in nose template.
Built for solid waves (hence its prior name, the step-up), the Au Go Go will perform well in almost anything you throw at it. It has been extensively tested and ridden on points, reefs, many beachies, and slabbing reefs of WA.
