The idea behind the "Riders" is to continue on with Michaels' ability as one of Australia's surfing legends as a surfer/ shaper.
His passion for observing the surfing landscape today and his ability to recall fine detail of board dimensions, the feel of a rail, where an edge should be has given direction to this project. Its a great honour to keep "Michael Peterson Surfboards" going forward as a part of our surfing culture, and offer boards with a true point of difference to keep our surfing fresh and modern, exactly what Michael gave to us when he blasted across the screen in "Morning of the Earth".Morning of the Earth Model
